Elias Theodoridis is a young, driven, and already highly experienced coach from Heraklion with a proven background both as a player and as a leader in youth development. As a player, he earned a gold medal at the U16 World Tournament in Sakarya, Turkey, an achievement that reflects his competitive foundation and understanding of high-level basketball environments.

Transitioning into coaching, Elias has accumulated five years of hands-on coaching experience, working with two of Crete’s most established basketball programs. He spent two seasons with OFI BC, specializing in youth skill development, and currently serves his third year with Ergotelis BC, where he continues to build and mentor young athletes at multiple age levels.

Elias holds a Division C Coaching License and is First Aid certified, ensuring both technical expertise and athlete safety. He is known for his calm presence, clear communication, and ability to simplify the game for younger players while pushing them toward higher basketball standards.
